Mugdar is ancient Gym equipment from india, can be used: they can be swung behind the back in several different ways; this is particularly useful for building grip strength and shoulder endurance
Tamilnadu, the southern state of India also has a similar culture and the clubs are known as Karalakattai. There are 64 different types of swings and exercises focusing on various muscles and parts of the body.
The heartwood of the Indian Rosewood is known for its beauty. The color of the heartwood ranges from a medium to dark brown and on occasion it can be purple with bold dark brown to dark purple streaks through the wood. Indian Rosewood has a uniform texture. The wood received its name from the fragrant aroma produced when the wood is first cut. As the wood ages it will darken to a deep brown color.

Minor scratches and burnt marks can easily be removed by fine sandpaper and the application of mineral oil
